Greg Nelson is Chief Executive Officer of RSA, a global leader in identity and access management (IAM) solutions for security-first organizations. Around the world, more than 9,000 organizations rely on RSA to secure 60 million identities across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments. Greg is a seasoned SaaS executive and brings more than 25 years of software, data, technology and private equity experience to his role. Prior to joining RSA, Greg served as the Chief Commercial Officer at Omnitracs, where he led all go-to-market functions globally. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President of global sales at Masergy Communications and Chief Sales Officer at Forrester Research. Greg has also held various senior executive roles within the tech sector, including positions at Giga Information Group, Sterling Software and Texas Instruments Software. Greg earned his bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management Information Systems from Baylor University in Waco, Texas.

President, Chief Product and Strategy Officer, RSA
As RSA President, Chief Product and Strategy Officer, Jim Taylor is responsible for the organization’s overall product strategy, delivery and development. In this role, Jim delivers the solutions and innovations that will ensure that RSA achieves its vision to be the trusted identity platform for the world’s most security-sensitive organizations by supporting hybrid workers, deploying modern authentication and accelerating businesses’ cloud strategies. Jim brings more than two decades of identity product strategy, cloud security, SaaS and enterprise software development to the role. Prior to joining RSA, Jim served as the Head of Product, Symantec/Broadcom. Previously, he ran product organizations at CA, Oracle, NetIQ and Novell. Jim also has experience leading startups in the identity and access management space: he founded Fortefi and served as its CEO and was a senior executive at PassGo Technologies. Throughout his career, Jim has helped organizations successfully secure and adapt to digital transformations and cultivated long-term relationships with leading global businesses.

Chief Marketing and Growth Officer, RSA
As Chief Marketing and Growth Officer for RSA, Laura Marx is responsible for elevating the RSA brand, setting and executing marketing strategies, driving growth and communicating RSA’s unique value. She works in close collaboration with other members of the RSA leadership team to strengthen customer relationships and accelerate business growth by distinguishing RSA from the rest of the field. Laura brings more than 15 years of global go-to-market, alliance marketing and product marketing experience to her role. Prior to joining RSA, she served as VP of Global Product and Alliance Marketing at Poly, a company driving more than $1 billion in sales in the digital communications space. Before Poly, she served in leadership positions at Monster, where she led international expansion initiatives for the firm’s media alliances. Laura received an MBA from Boston University in Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington University in St. Louis.
